The product is a patent-pending, AI-driven 3-in-1 dry land simulator for surfing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). It’s designed to rotate up and down and lean side to side, replicating the experience of being on the water. I originally created it with Peloton in mind, but I've struggled to get a response from them and am now also exploring iFIT as another potential partner.
I have a complete business plan and detailed drawings available if you’d be interested in learning more. I’m hoping you might be able to connect me with the right people or offer an introduction to someone who could help bring this to market.

License it or leave it. ? Question? If I needed a certain amount of money that no one will give me to build a machine....that I believe will...... Dollar for Dollar .....put out Forest Fires faster....than my competitors...
Should I say forget about it......and license my ideas for pennies on the dollar. Or take a chance crowd funding my Patented idea!
Many years ago. A senior VIP at Lennar US Homes. Told me he could force all of his subcontractors to buy my products and install them into All of his new homes and condos. Lennar is one of the biggest builders in the USA.
Imagine 2 identical homes get built. One has my product. And the other does not. A storm rips your shingles and siding off. Can you Barbara go out and make that repair? Before it rains again. If you paid some one. What would it cost you?
Now imagine wandering how your next door neighbors house suffered the same damage. But they could care less. Because their home was treated with my product. So no mold. No leaks. No worries. Might reduce insurance costs
Imagine the neighborhood gets flooded like Hollywood FL just did! But your house miraculously didn't.
My products solve problems. In 1995 I figured out how to build something than can do what Helicopters and Planes can't. And it works for less....
But I don't want to ask VC for money. I want to crowd fund a product that strangers want to buy. And use part of those profits to build prototypes of my other products.
After my crowd funding campaign is over. And I have mailing lists of satisfied customers. I could have my people identify and reach out to certain people.
And ask them a few qualifying questions. If they say yes.etc. Then I can show them my plumbing products that save them money and work better than what they use.
I am 58. I have been inventing and saving my ideas....until the day came. That I could find a partner and bring them to the marketplace. But I never met the right one.
If I license my ideas. I get pennies on the dollar. If I have them manufactured.And I distribute them directly to my customers.
Avoiding the big box stores. I can mark up my products 400%
A long time ago. I went on the road. Pitched my product to see if there was a market for it. Everyone said yes except for 1 shop owner that got upset that I did not make an appointment!
I cold called. Everyone else asked for 2 -3. All were willing to buy my product for $80.00 C.O.D. for the 1st 90 days!
Even though they were buying my competitors product for $6.00 at 30 days net. They were willing to pay me $80.00
My markup was about 400%
When I lived in Stuart FL. Jennifer Prosic was my next door neighbor. She worked in Jack The Bear Nicklaus personal office.
When I gave her ideas to give to Jack and Nicholas Flick. They put her in R&D.
ALL OF MY PRODUCTS SOLVE A PROBLEM TO AN UNNET OR POORLY MET NEED
And with the right resources I can build rough working prototypes and write Patent Claims and get Patents issued.
I love finding big problems to solve. And finding people that want to buy my products.
But I don't like haggling. I don't want to run the business.bi want a Business Manager with a background in manufacturing and distribution.
They run the company. I make the products
When Princess Diana died. I promised GOD to help out less fortunate kids if Ii ever made money on my ideas. My Future looked brighter back then.
If I made money. I'd invest it into income generating assets. Then I'd use part of that money to pay bd a salary. And go build semi free gyms across the USA
Kids shhit up schools and but not limited to....commit suicide because they get bullied in school.
I want to teach any child the 5 disciplines of fighting. So if they get bullied they can stand up for themselves.
And lastly......the schools are free. The only requirement. If the kid wants to learn how to fight!
They gotta read their Holy Bible and pass a test before each lesson!
Royalties will give me a nice life. But won't give me the dollars to build my big ideas with big money!
